Combining writing exercises with discussions on narrative theory and a survey of story structures and analysis, students explore their skills as a writer and refine their storytelling craft. Drawing on Mica's background in Theatre, Dramaturgy, and Screenwriting, students will come away with a deeper understanding of their storytelling craft, refined skills of writing, both for Theatre and for Film, and have a portfolio of numerous story ideas worth developing into full-length pieces. Participants are encouraged to come prepared with notebook and a writing utensil, or typing device of their choice.
